  • I have a Samsung Galaxy s6. I Recently purchased Aftershokz Bluez2s. . My phone will not pair with it. It cannot find the device, I have tried turning bluetooth on and off, I have tried using Quick Connect. And I can not even manually add the device to my phone. What can I do , so that I can use my new wireless headphones. Is it my Wifi?

    • It's a Bluetooth headphone. Nothing to do with WiFi.

      1). Power off the headphone
      2). Hold the power button for more than 7 seconds. You should see the alternating blue and red flash. If you wear it, you should hear voice prompt of "pairing".
      3). Turn on Bluetooth on S6. And go to settings - Bluetooth, it should find the headphone.
      4). Tap the headphone name ("bluez" or something similar) to pair them.
